For Our Referral Partners

Monarch Competency works directly with the courts, referring agencies and community partners. Our Referrals Portal and Dashboard will be available for professional referring sources soon, so check back regularly.

In the meantime, read about the referral process, and get familiar with the dashboard below.

Your portal.

The referral portal is a secure, personal workspace tied to the email you used to sign in. You see only your own referrals. Submit new ones, track status in real time, respond to document requests from admissions, and sign or forward ROI links when Monarch requests them. If you have submitted before, sign in to pick up where you left off. If you are new, your account is created the first time you sign in at /login.

View status updates across all your submitted referrals

Message the admissions team directly on each case

A Quick Look At Your Dashboard

Hover over the different sections of the dashboard to see where everything is and what they do. The Kanban board on the referring side is read-only. The columns provide immediate visual indicators to the status of each referral. Your columns are synced with our admissions side and as we update the status to a referral, you'll see it advance through the columns from left to right.

We built this process for referring partners who need a clear handoff, accountable follow-up, and a secure place to manage active referrals over time.

Timing varies by case complexity and document availability. Most referrals receive an initial response within a few business days; full review depends on records, ROI, and clinical fit.

We built this process for referring partners who need a clear handoff, accountable follow-up, and a secure place to manage active referrals over time.
