FAQ
]
asked. answered.
Does Monarch Competency employ staff with lived experience in mental illness or the legal system?
Yes. Lived experience is not a credential we treat as secondary to clinical training. Many members of our team have navigated the same systems our residents are currently moving through, and that perspective informs how we approach care at every level of the program.
How does the clinical team coordinate with a resident's legal representative or public defender?
What qualifications does the admissions team use to determine placement eligibility?
How are residents assigned a case manager, and how often do they meet?
What is the relationship between the restoration director and the court system during a resident's stay?
