Over the age of 18
Diagnosed with serious mental illness
who have been adjudicated ITP by the courts
and may be living with a co-occurring substance use disorder
Medically stable and capable of engaging in residential care
who can directly benefit from IADL support within our residential treatment program
who can function with moderate levels of independence; and

Have active arson or sex offenses requiring registration,
Require secure custodial placement
Have active, uncontrolled medical conditions requiring 24-hour nursing
Present imminent risk of harm to self or others that cannot be managed in a residential setting

Can i refer myself or a love one?
Yes. Lived experience is not a credential we treat as secondary to clinical training. Many members of our team have navigated the same systems our residents are currently moving through, and that perspective informs how we approach care at every level of the program.
